Friends, we'll I am finally starting to notice progress in the mirror! Isn't it fun?! I like to walk by the mirror and notice that my back is looking nice and flat instead of rollie pollie! That is definitely a plus. It's also nice to notice I'm slimming around my empire waist line. Hooray!
My trick is a keep a little notebook in the drawer in my kitchen. I measure what I eat and write it down. That way I can clearly see how many calories I want to eat for dinner (which is usually around 5pm) and I can see if that 1/2 cup serving of ice cream will put me over my limit or not. My dear, compassionate husband is being very patient because I don't wait dinner for him. I won't do this forever just while I'm trying to reach my goal. He is supportive and cooperative! I love that guy!
Soon I will start the toning portion of my plan. A big Hallelujah for pilates!
