I love cheering people on!

Hi! My name is Joslyn- I'm doing the SHM competition this month and I got the email you replied back to Bonnie. I was just wondering what this 10 day challenge was that you did? I went to the beach body website and looked at the Turbo jam videos; is that all it is? I couldn't find anything on there that talked about a 10 day challenge/meal plan. You're results are awesome; I really would like to try it! :) Thanks for your help!

Joslyn, yes it's the turbo jam maximum results package. Go to this site:

you will see they lay out all the items you get in that package. There is a girl in a pair of jeans and she's holding them way out. The booklet is titled Turbo slim. That's where the meals are and the listed workout for each of the 10 days.

The workouts are a lot of fun! I highly recommend this program! And, the foods isn't bad. There were a few times I made something and thought this isn't going to be that delicious, but I was surprised. It was good enough, and a few of them were quite yummy. I find Chalene, the creator and head gal, very encouraging and energetic, but not obnoxious. And that's important for me because I exercise around 5:30 am every morning. Obnoxious and first thing in the morning don't mix very well.

I love Beach Body! I got that package after I had Garrett, and it did wonders. I LOVE IT!
