My exercise room!

Our house has a "game room," but we've turned it into the workout room. I am prepping for turbo kick certification in October and I need to see my technique so I know what I need to change. I found this great mirror on craigslist. This is now my room!

My 6 year old loves to turbo with me, and today she took some pictures. Here is her documentation of what goes on in the workout room!

I am really excited to get certified to teach turbo kick (the gym version of turbo jam)! My certification is in early October. Then I'll get paid to workout and teach others how fun it is to get fit. Yahoo! Guess I need to go pick up the toys in there...

I love turbo because it uses you whole body which gives the maximum results!
