I've been doing super sweet on my healthy eating and only ok on my exercising. I have to do it first thing in the morning. With a newborn that can get very tricky... and two other kids. I am getting it in a few times a week, but not always daily like I want. Here are my measurements as of 5/22/08:
Bust: 38.25
Waist: 31
Arms: 10.75
Hips: 38
Thighs: 22.5
I realize the bust measurement is bigger than the last post. It all depends on how tight you pull the tape. I measured this one twice so my last entry must've been a little off. I am now wearing a Gap stretchy size 12. I am very pleased with this! I hope I can get a schedule running where I can exercise each morning to have more success with toning! No too bad for having a three month old baby!

Caryn, I love reading your blog. You are an inspiration to me. I always come up with excuses, but the truth is you feel better and look better when you are being good. Sam and I have been more active and eating better and are steadily losing. We just got a WII and its fun to be active doing video games.
