I've decided thin-ness is all about an active life style which actually feels great! Yesterday in addition to my 45 minute Winsor pilates fat burning workout I biked 6.5 miles pulling about 50 pounds of posterity. I didn't measure it until I got home. I live close to the library and close to the market. I live between them actually. So it was 1.8 miles to the library, then I passed my street, continued on to the market, and then came home. I googlemaped it 6.5 baby!
My father-in-law gave me a used mountain bike.
Paul bought me a trailer.
I bought a big basket.
Crystal & Jennifer ride in the trailer, obviously! I wanted to bike to get out of the house, get additional calorie burning exercise, and to not consume so much oil. Most of the places I drive are a couple of miles away and I can bike that. (I've also started driving my plastics and papers to the grocery store and dumping them in the recycling canisters.
Go green!)

Awesome! Biking is such great exercise. I am going to get back into jogging in the mornings and working out in the evenings. Have fun! I love checking your blog!
