My booty's disappearing!

I am over here doing the booty dance to "I'm a Survivor" by Destiny's Child. I've redeemed by killer morning schedule which I LOVE! I get out of bed around 5:30 am and workout hard! Then I jump in the shower and get ready with Melissa. I get her out of the door for school and I've got the whole day ahead of me. I go to bed pretty early... ideally around 9-9:30. I have a cold and haven't been feeling quite myself so last night I was in bed by 8:30! Oh boy that felt good!

Anyway... here's the crazy thing. I can fit into my old size 6 stretch jeans, but not my size 8 capris. There's lemon juice on the paper cut for ya! My legs are really thinning out. I'm going to have to work even harder on my belly. Everything has to be proportionate. Thin legs aren't going to cheer me very much if my belly is jigglin' over my pants!

Ya'll have to try out this video... honestly.

You HAVE to! I have never seen results so quickly. It's only 20 minutes and it's FABULOUS! It really gets rid of hip fat, too. Yeay! I do the Mari Winsor 20 minute circle workout first and do this after... three times a week, and I do the Mari Winsor fat burning workout 3 times a week. I've added the hand weights from Turbo Jam to the fat burning workout. Talk about pumping it up! If you add weights go no higher than 1 pound and pay attention to how your shoulder and elbow joints feel. Make sure you keep your limbs in the line of your body. Don't just swing those arms anywhere. Whew! That produces sweat! I can really tell a difference in my arms. (That's good because I'm the choir director at church!) No flabby arms! Go get 'em, team!

Caryn can you tell me exactly what videos you are using. I really have to start working out more. I was going to the gym, but I don't feel comfotable leaving the baby at the child center. SO I thought I would get some videos and start working out at home

That's awesome! I'll have to try getting the Mary Winsor Pilates. I've finally made it back to my pre-baby weight but my body has just changed so some of my clothes don't fit the way they used to. I need to keep working at it to get rid of the extra unwanted stomach ickyness but...I'm not as motivated to work REALLY hard to make my stomach look better because I feel like we'll just start trying to have another baby in a few months. However, I will continue to exercise because like you, I want to make it part of my lifestyle.

Have you ever used www.fitday.com? It's a free way to keep track of all your calories, etc. online. You can make weight goals and put in your measurements--it's just really neat. You should check it out. That really helped me track my calories after I had our baby.
