How often should I be eating each day?

You should be eating 5 times a day, specifically 3 meals and 2 snacks that have the proper balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and good fats. It's been proven that eating every 2-3 hours helps maximize your body's fat-burning abilities. Research shows that lowering your sugar & carb intake can decrease your fat stores. When you go through periods of more than 3 hours w/o food, you actually increase your fat stores & slows your metabolism! That way of eating much end today!!
