Got it and LOVE it!

I received my turbo jam maximum result package and have done the beginning video "Learn & Burn" two days now. I LOVE it! I am super uncoordinated so sometimes I have to watch and do a new video several times before I can start to get the hang of it. This video was still a workout even though I'm just a beginner. Fabulous! I love it! I am really excited to get the basics learned so I can try the other workouts. This is going to be intense - I love a good workout! There is something awesome about a good, sweaty workout! It makes me feel awesome!! I will keep you updated! I took a before picture, but I'm not really ready to post that. Maybe I'll be okay with it after I have a "look at me now" picture. I won't wait until I'm totally at my goal point, but I'd like a noticeable difference to be obvious first.

I will list my measurements though. When I was chubby all I could remember was being chubby so I just thought I was pre-designed that way. "Big boned!" Anyway, I hope by listing my measurements you can see that you aren't "pre-designed" you can be as fit as you want to be. I like to keep track of my measurements because it's really motivating when you see an inch has disappeared from your waist! I'd measure every Monday or every other week. It's a little crazy to do daily. I feel the same way with the scale. I get a little too obsessed with the reading if I weigh daily. I like to weigh once a week.

As of 5/7/08
Chest: 38.75 inches
Upper arm: 11.24 inches
Waist: 33 inches (smallest part of your trunk)
Hips: 40 inches (widest part - usually right over the middle of your booty)
Thighs: 24 (I measure by putting all my weight on one leg and measuring the widest part, repeat for other thigh)
